ABOUT US

The Literary Hour are an immersive dining experience company which invites guests to relive their favourite literary memories through multi-sensory, five-course dining experiences. The Literary Hour have been entertaining diners for almost two years both in their home and in pop-up venues and have more than 200 five star reviews on Supper Club specialist website Grubclub.com

After sell-out successes that have delighted diners with a Feast in Narnia, disgusted them with Dr. Lecter’s brain fritters, divided the crowd with Willy Wonka’s 3-course dinner chewing gum; The Literary Hour are back for their eighth chapter this summer and their biggest adventure yet, this time inspired by the wild and wonderful land of The Wind In The Willows. Guests will enjoy a 5-course extravaganza with welcome cocktail and the usual top secret Literary Hour surprises along the way. To give you a flavour of the fun that awaits without giving away all the secrets, previous surprises have included a Turkish Delight guess the flavour game (The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe), snuff (Cider With Rosie), gingerbread house (Brother’s Grimm) and Willy Wonka’s 3-course dinner chewing gum (Charlie and The Chocolate Factory).
